Availability

The direct edition is available to download; live purchases are now available. You can visit the App Store listing for the App Store edition. See website prices, license and refund terms, and our privacy policy.

Orders and App Store subscriptions

Direct orders use Waffo Pancake. After payment, the success page and purchase email provide the same activation code; Resend delivers the email. Check spam or contact support if delivery is missing. For App Store purchases, use Apple subscription management. Canceling renewal is different from a refund; contact [email protected] for refund or billing questions.

Website purchase and activation

Install the website edition, then choose “Get activation code” to open live checkout, or purchase on the website. After payment confirmation, choose “Enter activation code” in the app. Test activation codes cannot activate the live edition. Contact support for payment or activation issues.

Redeem an existing store purchase

No second purchase is required. Get and save your activation code on the membership page of a supporting store release before replacing it with the direct edition. If the button is missing, keep the App Store edition until an update provides it. See the complete migration guide.

Device slots and updates

Each code permanently binds up to three computers, including the claiming store computer. The same computer is not counted twice. Deactivation, slot releases and manual transfers are not offered; reinstalling does not reset slots. Update and verify the old direct installation on its original computer before migrating installations.

Use Settings → General → About & Updates to check for a direct-edition update, then download and replace the app manually. Older versions without this control can be updated from the website download page.
